Rob is the President and founder of AmeriCommercial Capital, Inc. He has over forty years of commercial real estate finance experience including Hard Money, Conduit, Life Company, Bank and Bridge Financing. He has underwritten adult living facilities, airline terminals, amusement parks, apartments, gaming facilities, land & land developments, marinas,  mobile home parks, nursing homes, offices, psychiatric facilities, retail, restaurants, ski resorts, skilled nursing facilities, self storage, warehouses and many other property types.  He also has a strong background in JV and sale/leaseback deal structures.

He has been a finance instructor for BOMA, has conducted numerous financial training seminars for mortgage broker associations and has had articles relating to Hard Money Financing published in the Mortgage Press.

In the 70's, Rob was with Prudential Insurance involved with equity/JV finance, mortgage lending and property development.

He was Acquisitions Director for Lambrum Corporation, in charge of all aspects of property acquisitions in the early 80's.  He was involved with the JV structure for several of these acquisitions.

Rob spent the mid-late 80's with the Southeast Mortgage Company (which evolved into NorthMarq Capital) and was involved with loan origination, sale-leasebacks and JV's during this period.

During much of the 90's, he was Director of Underwriting for Parallel Commercial Capital of Orlando, Florida (a NYC based conduit lender). Simultaneously, he was involved in loan production and was one of the top two producing mortgage bankers in the entire US for Ocwen Federal specializing in bridge loans.

Since 1999, Rob has been President of AmeriCommercial Capital, specializing in Hard Money Bridge Financing, with recent emphasis on Preferred Equity Financing.
